About me

I’m a qualified counsellor who takes an integrated and relational approach to therapy working with you to effect the change you want in your life. I have trained and qualified in person centred Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have worked with many clients for hundreds of hours. I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and I continue professional development, training on a variety of topics.

Confidentiality is key
Confidentiality is very important in the counselling relationship. Everything we discuss will be held in the strictest confidence unless there is reason for concern for either yourself or others. I work within the Ethical Framework of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society/UK Association for Transactional Analysis. As a member of the ICO I adhere to the Data Protection Act principles, I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate. And I am on an Accredited Register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
